What Moves You? Kids, Cures, Miracles!

What a great time on Saturday out at Landmark Aviation! Landmark donated their beautiful Port Columbus hanger so we could celebrate The Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon & 1/2 Marathon RunFest. This event kicked off the official marathon training season. We also announced all 26 of our “Miracle Mile Patient Champions” who will represent each mile on the Marathon’s route.

It was a packed house with hundreds in attendance and I’m so appreciative for the patients and families who were able to join us for the celebration. Check out this video for a recap of the day’s events.

Every Monday on the blog we will introduce a new patient and share their personal story.  Thank you to the corporate partners who have already come on board.  These partners support not only the race, but also the Patient Champions along each of the race miles.
